On behalf of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Zeta Omega Chapter, I extend a warm and hearty welcome to our website. Alpha Kappa Alpha’s mission charges us with being of “Service to All Mankind.” The members of Zeta Omega Chapter take great pride in that charge, and in the programs we facilitate. Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Zeta Omega Chapter is the oldest Black Greek Organization in the state of Delaware. As we celebrate 97 years as a service organization, we are reminded that it is important that Zeta Omega continues to address the unmet needs of our local community and beyond. We are proud to say we are in the 71st year of our signature Debutante Ball Program, where young ladies in their senior year of high school come together regularly and increase their knowledge of finances, cybersecurity, elegant dining, fitness and nutrition, and much more. We also work locally with such organizations as the American Cancer Society, the American Heart Association, and the Salvation Army, just to name a few. Our international program theme, Exemplifying Excellence Through Sustainable Service, further provides us with ways in which we can effect change in the community.
Please view our website and see how we are serving our community and beyond. We welcome opportunities for collaboration with organizations whose goals are similar to our own, and with corporations seeking to be of service to the community.
